Vegan Granola Bars 🍬

The perfect Snack to go. Make your very own Raw Granola Bars at home.

Ingredients for the bars:
· 8-10 Medjool Dates
· 1 ¼ cup Cashew nuts
· 1 cup of Nuts and Friends Chocolate Granola
· 3 tbsps coconut oil
· Handful of canded fruits of your choice (I’ve used canded orange)
· 2 tsps vanilla extract
. 2 tbsps pure cocoa powder
· 1 tbsps nut butter of your choice (I’ve used almond butter)
Instructions:
· Firstly, mix the cashew nuts for some seconds until they get into small chunks.
· Secondly, cut the dates and add them to the food processor, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
· Check if you need more coconut oil or dates. The texture has to be very sticky.
· Put the mixture into your baking tray and freeze for about 15 minutes
Chocolate Glaze:
· For the simple chocolate glaze you just melt a little bit of your favorite chocolate with 2 tbsps of coconut oil and some vanilla sugar.
· Put it on top of the bar mixture and add toppings such as more Granola or coconut flakes
· Now freeze again for one hour.
· Take it out of the freezer 20 minutes before enjoying them.
