Praline Bombs ♥️

Chocolate doesn't ask silly questions, chocolate understands. I'm sure that these Praline bombs will cheer you up and make your day a little bit better ♥️


You need a strong food processor for this recipe


Ingredients:


- 1.5 cups of cashews

- 2 tablespons of coconut oil

- some dark chocolate

- 1 tablespoon of cacao powder

- 5-6 Medjool dates

- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup

- vanilla sugar or vanilla extract

- decoration ( nuts, sprinkles, coconut chips etc)



Instructions:

  1. Put the cashews in your food processor and mix well.

  2. Cut the dates into tiny little pieces.

  3. Put the dates in the food processor and mix well.

  4. Add the rest of the ingredients besides the chocolate.

  5. Mix until you have a thick mixture.

  6. Check if the mixture is thick enough to make balls with, if not.. add more cashew nuts and mix again.

  7. Form little balls and put them in the refrigerator for 2 hours or leave overnight.

  8. Melt the chocolate and put it over the little balls.

  9. Now decorate them the way you want. I used sprinkles, as you can see.

  10. Now let them cool, outside if it's cold enough or in the refrigerator.
