Book of the month!!

For this week's book recommendation I decided to present to you a lovely memoir from Terese Marie Mailhot, called Heart Berries.

Heart Berries is a beautiful, powerful and poetic memoir about Tereses experience being diagnosed with bipolar disorder, motherhood, being put in different rehabs and most importantly how painful, but essential, healing is. This is unlike any other memoir I've read so far. It is stunning. Every word, every page, every chapter is beautifully honest. I knew from like the first or the second page that this will be a 5 star read.
