I think we all have these kind of days where you feel unloved, unwanted and not special at all. Where you feel like everything that you are doing is wrong and no matter what you do – it won’t please anyone. Maybe you can’t even please yourself because you think your actions, your work etc. isn’t good enough. You wonder why nothing is going right and you are not having one single day where the universe decides to give you a little bit of luck. Does this sound familiar to you? You’ve been there? Me too, believe me.

It’s hard to deal with such emotions but healing is important. Don’t let yourself say otherwise. Take your time to process, take your time to heal. No matter what is going on right now, don’t let it overcome you. You are strong, you are powerful, you are brave and don’t ever forget that. As I said healing is important, but don’t wait for someone or something to make your day better. You are your own little superhero. So take care of yourself. Spend more time alone. Get to know yourself a little bit better. Enjoy lunch with yourself, explore new places, travel, cook or buy your favorite food, buy yourself flowers ( I am not kidding, I always buy myself roses lol) read new books that make you feel good, try new things, make new friends, reward yourself with some new plants ❤︎ , And you will see you will start to feel so much better.

Focus on yourself, be mindful of your inner voice, drop toxic people, remove negative comparisons, build positive affirmations and most importantly – thank yourself. I would like to introduce to you my favorite quote: We always think we are made of numbers : percentages on tests, pounds on a scale, likes on a photo, price tags on clothes – but we are so much more than that. We’re made of love, happiness and the way we laugh. We’re made of good memories and late nights. You have more substance than numbers. I couldn’t agree more to that. Start to recognize your unique worth.

Sending you virtual hugs.

Love,

Naike
