Freestyle Bruschetta

I created these Bruschettas when we had guests over and I had to improvise with the leftovers we had at home. Since they turned out so well, I decided to keep the idea. Try them out, I promise you are going to love them.
What do you need:
- 1 Baguette
- Olive oil
- Burrata ( you can also use Ricotta)
- Fresh Pesto
- Sun dried tomatoes
- Balsamico dressing
- Salt and pepper
Make sure that you put all the ingredients on top of the bread, right after it came out of the oven.
